She fought and fought and fought but in the end Gretchen Rossi finally handed a check, for the amount of $22,375.05, to her ex boyfriend Jay Photoglou and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained a copy of the check.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star lost a judgment to Jay and then skipped a court date for a debtor’s examination.

A judge issued, and held, a bench warrant, demanding the star show up in court. But before she did, Rossi filed a lawsuit against Jay for defamation and other counts.

In other news, Gretchen said via Twitter yesterday that Slade saved a man that was choking.
Slade’s a hero.
Gretchen cried.

No word on the $80,000 back child support.

I was paid what the judge awarded me via cashiers check. I do have an unresolved issue with taxes that is being addressed currently, which will release most of the funds when resolved. I have just accepted service on her latest lawsuit against me. It seems to be alot of the same claims that have already been dismissed …with prejudice. I think her suit will end with her having to pay my Attorney fees again.

Gretchen Rossi, cast member of “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” paid a check for $22,375 Friday at Harbor Justice Center in Laguna Hills.

“The cashier’s check was made out to Jay Photoglou, the law offices of Orlando Castaño, and the California Franchise Tax Board. Photoglou, 40, claims he was Rossi’s secret ex-boyfriend when she was engaged to another man, now deceased.

Rossi, 32, paid the check to cover Photoglou’s attorney’s fees. She originally owed him $18,900, but that amount increased due to filing costs, interest and additional attorney’s fees….”

“Kelly’s Court” Gretchen Rossi vs. Jay Photoglou

remember, FOX NEWS does not lie!
The tattoo in question? There’s always ways around that!

These past few weeks have been so emotionally, physically and mentally draining. Within 7 days, my mom lost her sister, my dad his brother. As much as I love them both, I was so close to my aunt and it had all become too overwhelming. I decided I needed to get away and take a mini vaca. What could be better than spending time at my best friend’s house on the beach?

Anybody that knows me well, knows I LOVE dolphins! I love just sitting, anticipating a dorsal fin or two to surface and am very seldom disappointed. This time was different, it was like nothing I have ever seen…and I think my aunt came back as a dolphin! LOL. They put on the most spectacular, hour long show for me, it was almost bizarre.

As they were leaving, they dove down and splashed their tail fins as if they were waving good-bye. I have never witnessed anything like it..it gave me a sense of peace.

Like I had always done, I picked up the phone to call my aunt and share my excitement..then I realized, she already knew! Love you Aunt Bobbie XOXO!!

Kudos to Starcasm, this is brilliant!

“…But, before things escalated into a high speed chase involving multiple police cars and a hot blond on a Harley Davidson, the judge had second thoughts and said he would hold onto the warrant for one more week, allowing Gretchen one last chance before she and Slade Smiley become Bravo’s new reality show Bonnie and Slade…”

Gretchen Rossi’s ex, Jay Photoglou was awarded $18,900.00 in legal fees connected to a restraining order case filed against him by the reality star last year. A judge dismissed the case and Photoglou won the right to seek attorney’s fees and costs to fight the order. After failing to satisfy the judgment, Gretchen was ordered to appear in court to provide information about her finances and assets.

Gretchen Rossi was a no show in court.
A bench warrant has been issued…

Update: RadarOnline reports “A lawyer from the firm Gretchen hired showed up in court and asked for a continuance because Gretchen’s lawyer was unavailable,” Jay’s lawyer, Orlando Castano Jr. told RadarOnline.com. “Gretchen didn’t show up and the judge then issued a bench warrant for her arrest, holding it to give them the opportunity for her to come to court. She must show up next Thursday at 8:30 a.m.”

I have not had much computer time this past week, let alone time to post anything. Six days ago, my aunt unexpectedly passed away, and I, lost a piece of my heart. She was so much more to me than Aunt Bobbie, she was a friend and a confidant. There is so much I want to say…and so many feelings I have yet to process. Time.

Tomorrow is the day we have all been patiently waiting for, court! I will update as soon as I have information!!!
