Since there’s no countersuit does Jay get the other $40k or does this still go to court in September? Why on earth doesn’t he ask for a public apology from her to clear his name and then just walk away?

Jay-question Why did you go to Tamara and not one of the other housewives with your info about Gretchy? If you can not comment no prob. Looks like the true Gretchy is coming out this season anyway. Hope you are laughing all the way to the bank.

Some comments/questions I have been advised not to discuss. But I’ll ask you this. Months before the call. I had been introduced to all the Housewives by Gretchen when I was with Gretchen. So would it have mattered who I would have called? Hope you feel my answer is sincere as I have no reason to create animosity..

Jay- Thank you for reponding to my question. I think Tamara was probably the only one who would have confronted Gretchen. The others would have talked about it but done nothing to bring the situation to lite. This season so far does not look good for Gretchen. Her true colors are finally showing. Good luck to you. Hey Jay-Congrats again. Just read in Reality tea that you won again in court. I knew you were telling the truth. You could just tell by the way she has acted the last two years. I think slimeys days are numbered also. They have both lost all credibility and really do deserve each other. But I think she will move on to the next man with lots of $$$, now that she is losing hers. You might want to read some comments on that website. You are finally coming out to be the winner. High fives!!

Jay, texting Tamra about Gretchen is not a wise thing to do in your part. I don’t understand why you did that. A real gentleman is not going to do that. No matter what, a real man doesn’t do such thing like that, you are just the same level with Tamra. I’m not a fan of Gretchen. I wonder what is your real motive behind that. updates please… is this still going to court in a few weeks? Is it Jay’s intention to get cash or name cleared/truth told?

Hi Squeezy, I did a small update on upcoming court dates. As far as Jay’s intentions go, I believe initially, he asked that Gretchen go public with the truth and apologize. I would guess with attorney fees, etc…money is an issue at this point as well.
I am not sure on the status of Slade’s child support hearing!
